These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 777xp5 (hereinafter "777xp5", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 777xp5 website located at 777xp5.vip, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment systems, promotions, and customer support channels.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using the 777xp5 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 777xp5 platform and not attempt to register or access any service provided by 777xp5.

Access to and use of the 777xp5 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate registrations are not accepted for player accounts).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777xp5 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders. This age requirement applies to all players, including those accessing the platform from Pakistan.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gaming and sports betting activities in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or operating an account on 777xp5.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 777xp5, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By registering on 777xp5, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 777xp5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 777xp5 platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Your legal full name as it appears on a government-issued identification document
• A valid and personal email address accessible only by you
• A valid Pakistani mobile number registered in your name
• Your date of birth (must confirm you are 21 years of age or older)
• A secure password of your own choosing

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777xp5 login credentials. You agree to notify 777xp5 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 777xp5 cannot be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether by you or a third party accessing your account with your credentials — remains your sole responsibility.

777xp5 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension.

777xp5 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and PKR bank transfer. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated periodically, and the current list is always displayed in the 777xp5 cashier section.

The following deposit conditions apply to all 777xp5 account holders:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• 777xp5 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which 777xp5 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your 777xp5 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Processing times vary by method.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on the 777xp5 platform and may not be immediately withdrawn without satisfying the platform's minimum activity requirements.

777xp5 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. Withdrawals are processed exclusively in PKR and must be directed to a payment account registered in the account holder's own name.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Account KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Same-day processing is available for verified accounts submitting withdrawal requests during priority processing hours (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM PKT). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for next-day processing.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts typically complete within 30 minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) typically complete within the same business day.
• 777xp5 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger fraud or money laundering detection systems, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per rolling period are displayed in the cashier and may be adjusted without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed where 777xp5 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the request is associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, a breach of these Terms, or where the account KYC status does not meet the required standard.

777xp5 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and reload promotions are subject to individual promotion terms which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all 777xp5 bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Bonuses are issued on a per-account and per-household basis. Multiple accounts from the same household claiming the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are listed in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While bonus funds are active, maximum bet limits per round or transaction apply as specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding the maximum may be voided and associated winnings forfeited.
• 777xp5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, including in cases of suspected abuse.

All bets placed and games played on the 777xp5 platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, or game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules prior to participating. The following general provisions apply across all 777xp5 gaming and betting products:

• A bet or game round is considered final once confirmed by the 777xp5 system. Technical errors or player errors do not entitle a player to cancel or reverse a confirmed wager.
• All cricket betting markets, including PSL and international fixtures, are subject to 777xp5 Sports Betting Rules which govern settlement, void criteria, and dispute resolution for each market type.
• Live casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) or live dealer feeds provided by licensed third-party game studios. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and 777xp5 does not intervene in game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game or bet, 777xp5's system records the state of the game at the point of disconnection and the round will be settled accordingly. 777xp5 bears no liability for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.
• Maximum win limits per bet, per game session, and per rolling period apply to all products and are displayed within each product's rules section.
• 777xp5 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a technical malfunction, pricing error, or data feed error has resulted in incorrectly displayed odds or game conditions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xp5 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on 777xp5 under the same or different identities
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Accessing the platform using automated scripts, bots, or any non-human interaction tools
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 777xp5 platform for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in sports betting markets
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financially criminal activity
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your 777xp5 account
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the 777xp5 platform or its underlying technology
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777xp5 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Any conduct that 777xp5 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the platform, its users, or its commercial integrity

777xp5 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We provide all account holders with a suite of self-management tools to help maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available directly within your 777xp5 account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account
• Session Time Limits: Define maximum continuous session durations with automatic logout
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you are willing to lose over a defined period
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours to 6 weeks
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 777xp5 platform
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications about the duration and cost of your gaming session

Players under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from using the 777xp5 platform. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and any deposits returned to the originating payment source, with winnings forfeited.

777xp5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)
• At the account holder's own request (voluntary closure)
• In response to a regulatory or law enforcement directive

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method after completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms will have all balances forfeited. 777xp5 will retain records of closed accounts in accordance with its data retention policy and applicable regulatory requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xp5's total liability to any account holder in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that account holder in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777xp5 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Losses arising from the player's own failure to maintain account security
• Losses arising from platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from the player's reliance on information displayed on the platform that contains a technical error

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 777xp5's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 777xp5's own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

777xp5 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by account holders in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on 777xp5, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 777xp5 is used for the following primary purposes:

• Account creation, management, and identity verification (KYC)
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and payment transactions
• Fraud prevention, security monitoring, and regulatory compliance
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention
• Customer support and dispute resolution
• Marketing communications (where separately consented to)

Continued use of the 777xp5 platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease all use of the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last updated. 777xp5 will maintain an archive of previous versions of these Terms which may be requested from our support team.
